Main responsibilities

• Lead policy projects, managing all stages from planning to execution
• Conduct research and analysis on relevant data, international systems, and regulatory best practices
• Develop policy recommendations and brief legislators ahead of critical debates.
• Build relationships with government officials, collaborating to drive effective policy change
• Create advocacy plans to promote the policy agenda and enhance public understanding.

• Proven experience in policy development in the UK is required
• Strong research skills, including quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Excellent communication skills
• Skilled in stakeholder management and building external partnerships
