The opportunity

We are working with a leading financial services business which is going through a dynamic period of change to find an internal communications specialist for a 12-month, fixed-term contract (to start asap).  Reporting to the Head of Internal Communications, the Internal Communications Manager, Brand Engagement will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy and plan for the relaunch and embedding of the company brand, ensuring that all employees are informed, inspired and aligned.  They will be a strong and creative thinker who is passionate about communicating brands and can bring new perspectives.

Main responsibilities

• Develop and execute the internal communications and engagement strategy and plan for the relaunch and embedding of the company brand
• Develop the integrated internal messaging for employees and contribute to the development of messages for external stakeholders
• Work closely with the Heads of Brand and HR to ensure the delivery of an integrated and consistent experience to employees
• Develop creative and interactive internal campaigns and content
• Establish feedback loops to gauge employee sentiment and pivot plans accordingly.

Key skills and experience required

‍

• Proven and demonstrable experience in brand communications and having delivered this in other large organisations
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong storytelling and content creation abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively.
